We built the prep system we wished existed.
Crush Interviews exists because executive interview prep is broken, and the people most affected by it are the ones least willing to admit they need help.
I built this because I needed it myself.
A few years ago, I sat down to prepare for a senior engineering leadership interview at one of the top-tier tech companies. I had 15+ years of experience scaling teams, shipping products, and navigating crises. On paper, the role was well within reach.
In practice, I was lost.
I hadn't done a formal interview loop in over 5 years. The frameworks had changed. The culture codes were unwritten. The companies wanted answers that mapped to Leadership Principles I'd never had to recite. I had hundreds of stories from my career, and under pressure, I couldn't tell a single one cleanly.
I tried the alternatives. Executive coaches charged $500 an hour and most hadn't interviewed at a top tech company in a decade. The AI tools and interview prep platforms were built for people with fewer than 7 years of experience. The blog posts were outdated. So I spent hundreds of hours preparing manually: combing through my resume, identifying the questions I'd most likely face, crafting answers around frameworks and culture alignment, recruiting friends and family for mock interviews — and I still walked into the loop feeling underprepared.
I got the offer. But I knew the process was broken, not just for me, but for every Director, VP, and C-Suite leader going through the same thing.
Crush Interviews is the system I wish I'd had. It's everything an elite executive coach would do for you, built into a platform that runs 24/7, costs a fraction of human coaching, and gets sharper every time you use it.
If you're preparing for the interview that could redefine your career, you shouldn't have to do it alone. And you shouldn't have to do it with tools built for someone else.

Founder & CEO, Crush Interviews
To make every executive walk in prepared.
The interview is the last mile of a career-defining decision. No executive should lose a $500K opportunity because they couldn't recall the right story under pressure, didn't know the company's culture framework, or ran out of time to research their interviewers. We're building the platform that closes that gap.
Principles that shape every decision.
Four commitments that define how we build, what we prioritize, and why the product works the way it does.
Executives deserve tools built for them
Generic AI is fine for generic problems. Director-to-C-Suite interviews are not generic. Every feature we build assumes a 15-year career, a high-stakes decision, and zero patience for fluff.
Preparation is a right, not a luxury
A $500/hour coach should not be the only path to a fair shot at a top role. We exist to democratize the kind of preparation that used to be reserved for executives with deep pockets or great networks.
Privacy is a feature, not a checkbox
Your job search is the most sensitive data you'll generate this year. We treat it that way. No training on user data. No public exposure. Ever.
Compounding beats intensity
The best preparation isn't a frantic week of cramming. It's a system that gets sharper with every interview you do. Crush Interviews is built to compound.
Stories captured in 20 minutes
Cheaper than human coaching
