Question 1

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The 14-day trial is fully usable without a card. We only ask for payment if you choose to continue with Professional.

Question 2

What happens after my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Your account stays active and you keep access to all your existing data: every resume, every answer, every research report. To create new content (new preps, new resume analyses, new Discovery Sessions) you'll need to upgrade to Professional.

Question 3

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One click in your billing settings. No retention calls, no friction. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Question 4

Is my data really private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is never used for AI training. We use secured authentication and cookies, and there's no public exposure of user activity. Your current employer will never know you're using us.

Question 5

What AI models do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use the highest quality frontier models available from Anthropic. We chose Anthropic specifically for their safety-first approach and the quality of executive-level reasoning.

Question 6

Does the Job Search Agent apply to jobs for me?

Accepted Answer

No, and it never will. It prepares the application: the tailored resume, the cover letter, the answers to the form questions, and the outreach to the recruiter and hiring manager. Every one of those stops at a draft. You review it and you submit it. Nothing goes out under your name that you have not read.

Question 7

Where do the jobs come from?

Accepted Answer

Job boards, the applicant tracking systems companies actually run their hiring on, and company career pages read directly. Reading career pages matters at this level, because senior roles are often posted there and syndicated late, or not at all.

Question 8

What happens to my LinkedIn connections file?

Accepted Answer

You export it from LinkedIn yourself and upload it. We never scrape LinkedIn and we never ask for your LinkedIn password. The file is used for one thing: finding people you already know at a company you are applying to. You can delete it at any time.

Question 9

Do I need the agent if I already have interviews lined up?

Accepted Answer

No. Interview preparation is what Crush Interviews is for, and it works on its own. The Job Search Agent is there for the stretch when your pipeline is thin, and it is included at no extra cost either way.

Question 10

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Accepted Answer

Not yet, but they're on the roadmap. Contact us if you want early access.

Question 11

I already have a coach. Why would I need this?

Accepted Answer

Crush Interviews isn't replacing your coach. It's the system between sessions. Your coach provides the strategic eye, Crush Interviews does the 80% of prep work they can't: automated research, story banking, unlimited practice reps, and follow-up drafting.

Option	Cost	What You Get
One hour with a top executive coach	$350 – $1,000	One conversation
Full executive coaching engagement	$10,000 – $50,000	8–12 weeks of sessions
Crush Interviews Professional	$99 / month	The complete prep system, 24/7, unlimited use

One plan. Less than one hour with a coach.
